Compliments are sent directly to the Chief Executive, PALS or via the SOX inbox and are acknowledged and shared with the staff/teams named.听听
Where individual staff members are named in a compliment, the PALS team complete a SOX which is sent to the SOX administrator for formal recognition. 听
