We’re using Quick Questions to make sure our outpatient waiting lists are accurate and that patients are seen in the right place at the right time. This helps reduce waiting times and ensures you get the care you need.
We work with our Patient Engagement Platform provider, DrDoctor, to send secure text messages and emails to some of our outpatients. If you receive a message from 07860 039092, this is genuine and not a scam.

What is a Quick Question?
A Quick Question is a short online form completed via the secure DrDoctor platform.
We are using Quick Questions to complete regular validation of our outpatient waiting lists and so you may be asked if you still need your outpatient appointment.
You’ll receive:
• A text message (and email if listed) with a secure link to the DrDoctor portal.
• A simple question you can answer with Yes, No, or Unsure.
Ìý
Why is this important?
• Validation ensures our waiting lists are correct.
• It helps reduce delays and improves patient care.
• Your response is crucial please do not ignore the message.
We will not change your waiting list status unless you request to be removed. Any appointment dates you already have will remain unchanged. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date on your NHS record to enable us to contact you when needed.
