| Question Number 1: This Freedom of Information request is regarding the Use of Public Money. Please provide me with information detailed below under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request a new Freedom of Information request 鈥� I have added some questions and kept some questions the same as my previous FOI as the new questions might answer questions that were n/a in my last FOI. Regarding information that has already been released in the public domain by GWH recently; please can you answer the following questions: How much money has been spent on Consultancy firms to support the BSW Hospital Group model and the new joint EPR (Electronic Patient Record) so far - this should include the implementation of the group model and EPR including any organisation/consultancy firm who is supporting and or making recommendations. The time periods for this question are financial years 23/ 24 and 24 /25 to the date you have received this FOI. | |
| Answer To Question 1: Group Model: 鈥� 23-24. n/a 鈥� April 24 鈥� May 24 - Carnell Farrar. The contract value is commercially sensitive. 鈥� December 24 鈥� July 25 - AlignOrg Solutions LLC. The contract value is commercially sensitive. 鈥� April 25 鈥� Sept 25 support from Teneo. The value of this contract will be published in line with transparency requirements. The values of 拢287k and 拢448k have been published on the RUH website for September 2025 (https://www.ruh.nhs.uk/foi/money_matters.asp#4). The remaining values are intended for future publication on the website(s) of the respective Trust(s) where invoices are raised. EPR: 鈥� March 2025 鈥� present - St Vincents Consulting Ltd. The value of this contract will be published in line with transparency requirements. The value of 拢28k has been published on the SFT website for August 2025 (/about-us/freedom-of-information-foi/spend-over-25-000-in-salisbury-nhs-foundation-trust/). | Answer To Question 2: As part of the EPR programme Jonathan Hinchliffe, who works for St Vincent鈥檚, is filling the Interim Group Chief Transformation & Innovation Officer and EPR Senior Responsible Officer position on a contract basis ahead of the Group going out to recruit to the substantive role. | |

A competitive tender exercise was completed for Transitional Support for our 25-26 BSW Hospitals Group Development Programme and EPR Programme or a single tender waiver was issued where the value did not require a full tender exercise, as per our standing financial instructions. | |
