| Question Number 1: I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information (FOIA) request under the 20-day response requirement, to inquire whether your organisation intends to come to market for bank or agency management services in the next 12 months. Specifically, I would appreciate information on: Whether the trust plans to tender for these services in the near future. | |
| Answer To Question 1: The current contract for Agency Staff is covered under a Preferred Supplier List ("PSL") for a further 12 months, with optional extensions available to use. There is therefore no plans to tender these services in the near future. Bank Staff are covered internally within the Trust, and therefore the Trust has no current plans to tender this. | |
