| Answer To Question 1: 鈥� This code is unlikely to be added to the patient record as this is not commonly noted in patients鈥� healthcare records. 鈥� Patients鈥� own medicines from home are utilised whilst the patient is in hospital and not all patients receive a supply through pharmacy, so JAC records are incomplete. 鈥� Some clinical areas have zopiclone and melatonin as stock and therefore, supplies would not be recorded in JAC ( Pharmacy System) 鈥� Not all clinical areas are using ePMA and a search may not identify all patients | |
