| Question Number 1: Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations, I am writing to request the following information: How many multi-agency exercises have been conducted by your organisation within the last 3 years (1st May 2022 to 30th April 2025 inclusive). | |
| Answer To Question 1: SFT have been involved with 12 multi-agency exercises from 1st May 2022 鈥� 30th April 2025 | |
| Question Number 2: . What proportion of these multi-agency exercises were: i. Table top / Scenario Based ii. Live Exercises iii. Other (please state). | |
| Answer To Question 2: 10 have been table top exercises and 2 being 鈥渓ive鈥� | |
| Question Number 3: Please detail how post-exercise findings are fed back into the organisation and how any changes to policies and procedures are implemented as a result of this feedback. | |
| Answer To Question 3: All exercises have a debrief with all stakeholders being able to advice what went well and what didn鈥檛. Those that were identified as learning by the EPRR team (who attend all exercises) are feedback to the organisation through the Accountable Emergency Officer/EPRR Steering Group and these are logged on a action tracker which is maintained by the EPRR team. When actions have been implemented the actions is closed. | |
