Answer To Question 5: Pharmacy are unable to answer this FOI for the following reasons Q5 not able to link a diagnosis of CAUTIs to a prescription written for an antibiotic. Not sure that coding would be able to help as they probably do not code to the level of CAUTI. Even if they were able to give a list of patients with a CAUTI it would be too time consuming to check every patients record to see if they were prescribed antibiotics. | |
