Answer To Question 7:
A - Clock starts when referral is initially received at the service and put onto Lorenzo.
B - Clock stops on first appointment with a member of the team.
C - Clock stops for non-treatment if patient DNAs and does not contact or if they do not return their pre-admission questionnaire within 1 month.
