| Answer To Question 3: As the Direct Engagement model operates as a managed service, the fee we pay is an all-inclusive charge that covers all aspects of the provision. This includes not only the core delivery but also the supporting infrastructure, technology, compliance, and service management. As a result, it is not possible to isolate and express the specific cost of the platform separately, either as a percentage fee or as a pence-per-hour figure. | |
