Answer To Question 2: Hazardous waste Notes are reviewed and filed as received and kept in a monthly folder for the year in question. Our Pre-Acceptance Auditor checks annually a random number for correctness. Our DGSA also checks quarterly. | |

Answer To Question 3: Waste Transfer Note’s are filed as received, if hard copy filed on a folder, if soft copy kept in a monthly folder for the year in question | |

Answer To Question 4: Our Clinical Waste Contractor provides Quarterly Hazardous Waste Reports in e-copies which are filed by year under Contractor. Their monthly summary report is the one we use for reporting tonnage and cost against EWC code / Clinical Waste Type. Our non clinical waste contractor includes Hazardous waste metrics in their monthly dashboard report and I use this together with other waste stream data to populate my Facilities monthly report to Forum. | |
