Answer To Question 1: Q1: The NHS App enables patients to have access to their appointment information, but we don’t do any bookings through it, therefore the answer to this question is 0. Q2: The Trust booked 297,539 outpatient appointments in 2024. As mentioned above, zero of these were booked through the NHS App. Q3: None of our Clinical Services use the NHS App for bookings.
