Answer To Question 1: The Trust has an integrated electronic patient record which I think is closest to the definition of a CDR. | |

Answer To Question 3: No, we procured a new solution in 2023/24. | |
Question Number 4: Is the trust using OpenEHR? | |
Answer To Question 4: Not currently | |
Question Number 5: If not, does the trust have an OpenEHR strategy? | |
Answer To Question 5: No | |
Question Number 6: Is the trust’s EPR interoperable with all the trust’s other patient data software and data records? | |
Answer To Question 6: The EPR has the capability to build APIs to enable interoperability. However current not all software is integrated with the EPR. | |
