| Question Number 1: Under the FOI Act, please could you supply the following information. 鈥� Since the start of 2021-22, has your trust enacted a model which sets a 鈥榤aximum鈥� time for patient handovers between ambulances and your A&E department? These have been commonly referred to as 鈥榤aximum handover times鈥�, 鈥榙uty to rescue鈥� or 鈥榳45/60鈥� 鈥� If so, please describe how the 鈥榤aximum handover times鈥� works at your trust 鈥� In which month and year was this first enacted? How often has this model been enacted? 鈥� Is the 鈥榤aximum handover time鈥� still in use now? If not, why not? 鈥� Has there been any assessment of the impact of the 鈥榤aximum handover time鈥�?
